TruBridge is looking for a detail-driven Billing & Posting Resolution Representative to support hospitals and clinics across the U.S. You’ll serve as a key liaison between our Accounts Receivable Management Services team and healthcare clients, ensuring accurate posting of payments, resolving claim discrepancies, and upholding high customer service standards—all from the comfort of your home.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Post all types of payments (zero, manual, electronic, patient/insurance) to accounts with proper coding
• Balance daily receipts with contractual allowances and deposits
• Research unclear payment sources and resolve discrepancies
• Handle denial postings and follow-up with proper reason codes
• Reprocess rejected claims and update job logs
• Work directly with hospitals and clinic staff to ensure posting accuracy
• Support backlog projects including reconciling unapplied credits
• Maintain strict confidentiality with patient and account information
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks
• Assist team members and adapt to evolving tasks and priorities
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of hospital payment posting experience
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with medical billing terminology and insurance claims
• Experience in claims appeals and denial management
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high-profile clients with precision and professionalism
