📋 What You’ll Own
• Assign homecare aides and monitor client care plans
• Provide coaching and feedback to caregivers on quality and performance
• Communicate updates and schedules with clients, caregivers, and referral sources
• Maintain accurate records of services, visits, and client satisfaction
• Conduct in-home visits as needed to assess client needs and maintain connection
• Handle complaints and incident reports professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards
• Submit reports, documentation, and maintain confidential files


🎯 What You Bring
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 18 years old
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Compassionate and solution-oriented mindset
• Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
• Experience in Medicaid, Waiver programs, or home healthcare (preferred)
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Current PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
