Ameriflex is on the frontline of employee benefits, helping participants make the most of their FSAs, HSAs, COBRA, and more. As a Customer Advocate, you’ll be the first voice participants hear—guiding them through benefits with empathy, clarity, and a knack for turning confusion into confidence. You’ll be part problem-solver, part educator, and all heart, ensuring every call is one step closer to self-sufficiency.

• 🕐 Full-Time | Remote (U.S. only)
• 🗓️ Schedule: Weekdays, shifts fall between 7am–8pm CST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Be the first point of contact for participant inquiries about benefits accounts
• Educate users on plan features, HSA investments, and self-service options
• Handle escalations with empathy and calm
• Document cases accurately in CRM (Zendesk, Amazon Connect)
• Resolve issues quickly and strive for first-call resolution
• Maintain HIPAA compliance while communicating with compassion
• Support a high-volume, multi-channel contact center
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree or 4+ years in a customer service/support role
• At least 2 years in a multi-channel environment (chat, phone, email)
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits preferred
• Strong written and verbal skills—clear, kind, and professional
• Ability to multitask while staying laser-focused on the customer
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools, documentation, and follow-up
• Bilingual is a bonus

• Must reside in the United States
• Must be able to work weekday shifts within 7am–8pm CST
