📋 What You’ll Own
Client Relationship Management
• Be the primary point of contact for a small-business portfolio
• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships
• Partner with Account Executives on retention, renewals, and upsells
• Lead client renewals and uncover growth opportunities
• Drive satisfaction, adoption, and client loyalty
Strategic Support & Operations
• Support large market clients alongside senior team members
• Use Salesforce, Tableau, and Confluence for data tracking and reporting
• Analyze utilization data to surface insights and guide action
• Collaborate with marketing to execute client campaigns and engagement strategies
Process Improvement & Problem-Solving
• Streamline internal workflows and documentation processes
• Handle escalations with a calm, data-informed approach
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to inform client strategy
🎯 What You Bring
• 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or similar field (preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or tech)
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Confluence
• Proven track record in retention and revenue growth
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
• Experience in renewals and upsells within SaaS or healthcare (preferred)
• Organized, curious, collaborative, and energized by change
