Revco-Wakefield is hiring Full-Time Remote Collection Specialists to join our dynamic Accounts Receivable Management team. In this role, you’ll engage with consumers via inbound and outbound calls, helping them resolve outstanding balances through payment arrangements or other solutions. ✅ Position Highlights
• Title: Collection Specialist
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Varies Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Base Pay: $15/hour
• Additional Pay: Monthly performance-based commission
📋 What You’ll Own
• Make and receive calls to resolve consumer account balances
• Guide consumers through repayment options and solutions
• Maintain accurate records in account management systems
• Listen actively and communicate clearly with empathy and professionalism
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality and resolution rates
• Adapt quickly to training and software tools in a fully remote environment
🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year customer service and/or call center experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, listening, and conflict-resolution skills
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable with a home internet connection suitable for remote work
