📋 What You’ll Do
• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support via email, phone, chat, and social media
• Troubleshoot bugs, perform basic testing, and escalate to engineers when needed
• Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases
• Understand user goals and connect product use to real-world outcomes
• Spot support trends, suggest improvements, and help prevent future tickets
• Serve as a key liaison between users and internal teams—you’re the voice of the customer
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in technical/software customer support
• Strong multi-tasking, time management, and detail orientation
• Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
• Comfort navigating CRM and support platforms (Salesforce a plus)
