As a Remote Admissions Assistant for Touro University’s New York School of Career & Applied Studies (NYSCAS), you’ll be the friendly first voice for future students taking the leap toward a new life. You’ll reach out, follow up, and book virtual appointments with our admissions team—all while bringing patience, heart, and a little hustle.
This is a part-time, work-from-home role with flexible hours and real human impact. Whether you’re helping a single mom chase her degree or a career-changer find their next chapter, your words can open doors.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students
• Use provided scripts to guide conversations and encourage next steps
• Schedule appointments with admissions counselors via CRM
• Log detailed notes and lead statuses
• Send follow-up emails and add contacts to email campaigns
• Attend weekly virtual check-ins to review team progress
• Represent NYSCAS with warmth, empathy, and excitement
🎯 What You Bring
• Clear, energetic speaking voice
• A people-first attitude with a soft sales touch
• Comfort working with call scripts—but quick on your feet when needed
• Ability to make repetitive calls without burning out
• Patient, empathetic, and a natural encourager
• Familiarity with CRM tools (or a willingness to learn fast)
• Some college experience preferred, but not required
