📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct outreach calls and schedule patient visits
• Support inbound patient needs before and after visits
• Document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems
• Verify insurance, check-in/check-out patients
• Provide real-time support to patients, providers & mobile clinicians
• Coordinate forms, records, and patient follow-ups
• Maintain top-notch QA and KPI standards
• Stay sharp as priorities shift—healthcare moves fast
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• HS diploma or GED
• Call center or phone-based support experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent multitasking, judgment & communication
• Comfortable in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Basic tech skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
✨ Bonus If You Have
• Experience in healthcare, scheduling, billing, or sales
• Familiarity with AthenaHealth EMR, Five9, CRM tools
