🧾 About the Role
Join Wellth, a fast-growing Series B health tech company changing lives through behavioral science and compassion. As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming voice guiding patients—many of whom face chronic illness or tech barriers—through the first steps of transforming their health. You’ll lead phone-based enrollments, assist members in using our app, and ensure their feedback is heard. Your empathy, patience, and ability to build trust will be the reason they stay on track.

• Hourly Pay: Up to $18/hr + Monthly Bonus
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Remote (U.S. only)
• Schedule: Mon–Sat between 6 AM–8 PM PST (shifts vary)

📋 What You’ll Do
• Call prospective members and introduce the Wellth program
• Guide them through app download, setup, and usage
• Make high-volume outbound calls with care and clarity
• Help members navigate tech challenges with patience
• Document feedback and support follow-ups
• Represent Wellth with empathy, energy, and professionalism
🎯 You’ll Thrive If You Have…
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• A calm, patient phone presence—especially with seniors or tech-wary users
• The ability to simplify instructions and guide step-by-step
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Android/iOS navigation (to assist members)
• Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish
