As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to for Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech needs across a fully remote, high-performing team. From smooth onboarding to system patching, you’ll support a global crew of thinkers, doers, and innovators. This isn’t just IT. • Pay: $60,000–$78,000/year (based on experience)
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide first and second-tier IT support across Windows/macOS environments
• Manage device setups, configurations, and inventory using Intune or Kandji
• Handle account provisioning and access management (Entra ID, etc.)
• Maintain ticket resolution through designated ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely
• Deploy patches and enforce CIS benchmarks for security compliance
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows for employees and contractors
• Communicate system updates, issues, and best practices to the team
• Support on-call rotations for weekends and select holidays
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and special projects


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience
• 3+ years in IT support, ideally in remote/distributed settings
• Proficient in troubleshooting networks, OS, and remote support tools
• Experience with device management tools (Intune, Kandji)
• Understanding of IT security best practices (CIS, patching, compliance)
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels
• Self-starter mindset, with strong time management and prioritization
• Comfortable with ticketing systems and ITIL basics
• Bonus points for relevant certifications
