📋 What You’ll Own
• Process enrollment, disenrollment, and eligibility updates in compliance with CMS guidelines
• Review and respond to Daily Transaction Reply Reports (DTRR) and CMS files
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve errors in enrollment data
• Input coordination of benefits (COB) for accurate claims processing
• Handle return mail, correspondence, and outreach communications
• Research and resolve internal and external customer inquiries
• Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance benchmarks
• Contribute to process improvements and issue trend analysis
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in healthcare, enrollment, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and CMS Chapter 2 guidelines a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Able to navigate documents, systems, and manage high-detail workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (40 WPM typing preferred)
• Team player with a proactive, people-first attitude
