• Schedule: Must be available between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and document interactions accurately
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while on the call
• Ensure inquiries are resolved with accuracy, clarity, and compassion
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks including:
– Call handle time
– Resolution rate
– Customer satisfaction
• Maintain webcam visibility and flexibility during shift hours


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Healthcare or health insurance background is a plus
• Reliable internet connection with Ethernet jack (wired connection required)
• Private, distraction-free home workstation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
