š What Youāll Own
ā¢ Handle inbound calls from policyholdersāno cold calling
ā¢ Assist with questions around life, health, property, and other insurance products
ā¢ Provide accurate policy information, guide claims, and offer empathetic service
ā¢ Document each interaction with clarity and compliance
ā¢ Resolve concerns using critical thinking and a calm, professional demeanor
ā¢ Maintain licensing through paid continuing education
ā¢ Support Foundeverās mission of providing world-class customer experience
šÆ Must-Have Traits
ā¢ Life & Health Producer License required (NPN ready)
ā¢ 6 months to 2 years of customer service or insurance experience preferred
ā¢ High school diploma or GED
ā¢ Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
ā¢ Detail-oriented and organized with a service-first mindset
ā¢ Tech-savvy with basic system navigation skills
ā¢ Self-motivated learner able to keep up with compliance requirements
ā¢ Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
