📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate patient billing, collections, data entry, and payer relations
• Ensure accurate, timely billing in compliance with third-party payer rules
• Recommend process improvements and help implement new billing controls
• Fill in as a biller when needed—hands-on resolution support
• Assist with backlog billing, advanced claim resolution, and new client onboarding
• Coach and train billing staff and support team performance
• Review claims and ensure edits are properly configured
• Help enforce company policy and drive a culture of accountability
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of hospital billing experience using EPIC
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or certifications a plus)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable shifting between strategy and hands-on billing work
• Highly organized with excellent critical thinking skills
• Experience with claim edits, advanced resolution, and denial management
• Detail-driven, team-minded, and adaptable to change
