As a Renewals Associate at Marco Technologies, you’ll help keep client partnerships strong and steady by managing contract renewals with precision, accuracy, and strategy. From prepping quotes to working cross-functionally with sales and support teams, you’ll be a key player in turning renewals into long-term wins. ✅ Position Highlights
• $18.76–$27.20/hr, based on experience
• Full-time, 100% Remote (must reside in eligible states)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively create quotes 90 days in advance
• Validate pricing and ensure vendor margins meet targets
• Document accurately in Salesforce and Sell systems
• Collaborate on takeover and acquisition renewal strategies
• Partner with internal teams on quote prep and order processing
• Build, review, and enhance standard work processes
• Support retention initiatives with the Client Retention Manager
• Provide timely research and resolution in the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Comfortable in a goal-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Proactive and client-focused mindset
