📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain medium-to-large sets of client and vendor accounts
• Reconcile account balances and resolve discrepancies
• Process client invoices, monthly statements, refunds, and account corrections
• Manage new account setup and application approvals
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, fax, and mail
• Support sales with RFP responses, margin tracking, and CRM entries
• Create custom invoices and maintain documentation
• Independently lead client account coordination and internal collaboration
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma + 2 years of experience in A/R or accounting (or equivalent)
• Bonus points for experience in credit collections or an Associate’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, and organized
• Able to adapt, prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
