As a Renewals Associate with Marco Technologies, you’ll help drive client satisfaction by ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic renewals of products and services. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Track and manage renewal timelines and quotes up to 90 days before expiration
• Validate pricing and margin accuracy with vendors
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and internal tools
• Partner with internal teams for quote prep, product inquiry, and order processing
• Build and refine standard workflows to enhance efficiency
• Execute acquisition and takeover renewal strategies
• Support sales tools optimization and process improvement
• Collaborate on client retention strategies and special initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree + 2 years of experience (or equivalent)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
