📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot tech issues (connectivity, app navigation, etc.)

• Handle claims, pharmacy, and provider-related inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Maintain HIPAA compliance with medical info
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service flow


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in healthcare or customer support (tech-savvy a must)
• Experience handling medical appointments, billing, and benefits preferred
