📋 What You’ll Own
• Track and manage renewal timelines—start prepping quotes up to 90 days before expiration
• Gather data from multiple sources to create and validate accurate quotes
• Ensure pricing aligns with vendor discounts and internal margin targets
• Maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce and Sell, ensuring all fields and attachments are up-to-date
• Collaborate with internal teams on product inquiries, quote processing, and strategic renewal approaches
• Support acquisition and takeover renewals through strategic planning
• Participate in continuous improvement by building and refining standard workflows
• Partner with leadership and retention managers on long-term client success initiatives
• Contribute to resolution efforts through active participation in the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process
🎯 What You Bring
• Associate’s degree + 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combo of education and work history
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Outcome-based thinking with a natural ability to solve problems before they escalate
• Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team goals
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and sales tools
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and focus
