• Eligible for Annual Hourly Incentive Plan (AHIP)
• Reports to: Finance Operations Accounting Manager
📋 What You’ll Own
• Generate accurate and timely invoices (automated and manual processes)
• Monitor outstanding balances and initiate collections on delinquent accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
• Reconcile accounts receivable and process payments
• Manage and organize the team mailbox, ensuring timely follow-up
• Support audits and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients for billing clarification
• Analyze billing data and explain logic behind invoice calculations
• Recommend and participate in billing process improvements
• Use Excel to create formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required)
• Strong math, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Exceptional communication—written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Hardwired internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
