• Full-time, 100% Remote (35–45 hours/week)
• Pay: $15/hour + bi-weekly incentives

🧭 What You’ll Own:
• Handle 2–3 inbound service or reservation calls per hour
• Process reservation changes and ensure smooth trip adjustments
• Deliver one-call resolutions using a resourceful, guest-first approach
• Navigate multiple systems, live chat, email, and web platforms while staying fully engaged on calls
• Remain accessible via phone, chat, and email during scheduled shifts
• Meet productivity and quality goals consistently
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp

• Training: 6 weeks, Mon–Fri, 10AM–7PM EST
• Initial schedule: Assigned post-training (may include evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Ongoing schedules: Change quarterly via shift-bid system (between 6:00AM–2:00AM EST, Sun–Sat)
• Flexibility required; non-consecutive days off may apply

• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
• Stellar communication skills—verbal, written, and listening
• Strong typing and tech skills (chat, email, browser navigation, Microsoft Office)
• Comfortable multitasking across platforms while on live calls
• Receptive to coaching and performance feedback
• Self-motivated, reliable, and focused in a virtual work setting
• Must have high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Must have a private, distraction-free workspace separate from any other WTH remote employee
