💰 What You’ll Own:
• Accurately apply payments to customer accounts across various patient accounting systems
• Investigate unidentified deposits and resolve account escalations
• Run reports to balance and reconcile cash operations
• Communicate with payers to research payment and deposit discrepancies
• Identify trends, process barriers, and logic gaps for improved efficiency
• Train and support team members and contribute to the development of training materials
• Join regular team meetings, collaborate on workflow improvements, and help reduce unidentified cash
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Support special projects and meet daily posting deadlines
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in cash posting (SME-level knowledge preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset—able to conduct root cause and trend analysis
• Clear and professional communicator (written and verbal)
• Basic Excel experience and comfort working in digital environments
• Revenue cycle or claims processing experience is a plus
