🫀 What You’ll Own:
• Deliver outstanding service with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Initiate, receive, and document patient interactions via phone and digital systems
• Schedule appointments and complete accurate data entry in remote monitoring platforms
• Monitor patient connectivity and troubleshoot remote home-monitoring equipment
• Send appointment reminders and help patients maintain seamless care
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet patient and clinic needs
• Support leadership with special projects as needed

🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required (healthcare-related degree or certification preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of cardiology (EP or cardiac device experience a plus)
• Experience using EHR systems or remote monitoring tools preferred
• Tech-savvy with excellent internet navigation and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Professional, courteous, and calm under pressure
