• Full-time, Remote (USA-based)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm EST
• Hourly pay: $18.00–$20.00
• Work with a purpose-driven team in the fast-growing health tech space
📞 What You’ll Own:
• Manage a high volume of inbound member calls and messages across phone, chat, and asynchronous channels
• Answer questions, solve issues, and build rapport with empathy and professionalism
• Make outbound calls to labs, pharmacies, and members as needed
• De-escalate situations with patience and positivity
• Accurately document all interactions, updates, and next steps
• Support members with account updates, program inquiries, and general troubleshooting
• Navigate multiple systems including EHRs, CRMs, and practice management tools
• Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to improve the overall member experience
• Serve as a proud Calibrate brand ambassador with every interaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, or member services (start-up experience is a bonus)
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a high EQ
• Self-starter with strong time management in a remote environment
• Able to multitask—think: talk on the phone, update records, and troubleshoot systems simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Suite, Slack, CRMs, and practice management software
• Comfort with change—flexibility to evolve with shifting workflows and business needs
• Attention to detail, solid active listening skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Multilingual? That’s a plus—but not required
