š§ Experience Level: 2+ years client-facing experience with a strong service and detail orientation
š What Youāll Own:
⢠Lead kickoff sessions and own each leave request end-to-end, using Sparrowās integrated tools
⢠Provide empathetic, accurate, and compliant support via phone, email, and video
⢠Coordinate with HR, payroll, state agencies, and medical providers to meet requirements
⢠Track key milestones, support payroll accuracy, and maintain timely communications
⢠Participate in continuous improvementāgive feedback and refine leave processes
