Sparrow is seeking a Remote Leave Specialist to manage the full leave-of-absence process for employees at partner companies. You’ll be the central point of contact, ensuring a smooth, personalized, and compliant experience from intake to return-to-work—all within a remote-first, supportive culture.

🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Lead kickoff sessions and own each leave request end-to-end, using Sparrow’s integrated tools
• Provide empathetic, accurate, and compliant support via phone, email, and video
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, state agencies, and medical providers to meet requirements
• Track key milestones, support payroll accuracy, and maintain timely communications
• Participate in continuous improvement—give feedback and refine leave processes
