🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Plan and manage 12–18 events/year (20–30 attendees over 2.5–3 days)
• Meet with leaders to align on agenda, format (95% in‑person, 5% hybrid), goals
• Oversee programs, agenda development, budgeting, RFPs, venue/vendor negotiation
• Manage attendee registration portals, Zoom/hybrid setups, content coordination
• Handle billing, invoice reconciliation, expense reporting
• Conduct post-event debriefs and continuous improvements

• Degree in hospitality, PR, business, or related field (preferred)
• Track record executing multi‐day in-person/hybrid events
