• Coordinate interview logistics with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Post jobs, monitor pipelines, and manage updates in Workday ATS
• Handle confidential candidate information with accuracy and discretion
• Support HR events, candidate experience enhancements, and process improvements
• Communicate professionally via email, video, and shared systems
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• At least 1 year of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Workday or other applicant tracking systems
