🧠 Experience Level: 1–2 years in real estate coordination, escrow/title, or brokerage assistant
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Manage contract milestones through to closing, coordinating title, escrow, and compliance tasks
• Ensure all documents meet legal and audit standards, including HOA and due diligence reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues swiftly
• Maintain transaction data with precision, following company SOPs
• Flag operational improvements and contribute to knowledge systems
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• 1–2 years in a real estate transaction, escrow, or brokerage assistant role

• Proficient with contract processes, title/escrow documentation, and compliance
