š What Youāll Own:
ā¢ Develop and implement leasing and collections systems across AFIās portfolio
ā¢ Drive positive online ratings and property reputations
ā¢ Hit leasing KPIs and troubleshoot software, data, and staffing issues
ā¢ Train and coach on-site teams via webinars and occasional in-person visits
ā¢ Travel occasionally for professional development and business meetings
