You’ll lead marketing initiatives, train on-site teams, and ensure KPI success for properties nationwide—after an initial on-site training phase.

🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Develop and implement leasing and collections systems across AFI’s portfolio
• Drive positive online ratings and property reputations
• Hit leasing KPIs and troubleshoot software, data, and staffing issues
• Train and coach on-site teams via webinars and occasional in-person visits
• Travel occasionally for professional development and business meetings

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
