On The Stage, an all-in-one platform made for community and school theaters, is hiring a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist. Youâll combine your love for the arts with digital helpâfielding ticketing questions, resolving issues, and working closely with Sales and Account teams. Itâs remote but requires evening and weekend availability for event support.

Role supports ticketing, troubleshooting, and client relationships in live arts
đ§ Experience Level: Entry to midâsome CRM/support background preferred
đ What Youâll Own:
⢠Provide daily client supportâticketing troubleshooting, account setup, and live-event coverage
⢠Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to prioritize client needs

⢠Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the arts
⢠Comfortable troubleshooting ticketing or app issues
⢠Must be available during evenings and weekends
⢠Experience with CRM tools and remote KPI accountability
