🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and key stakeholders
• Analyze usage data, identify trends, and develop adoption strategies
• Mitigate customer risks with proactive outreach and retention plans
• Lead product training sessions and follow-ups
• Collect feedback to inform Roadmap initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects and guide internal alignment

• 5+ years in customer success/account management at SaaS startups
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer data
