🧠Experience Level: 1–2 years in fraud investigations, payments, or chargeback disputes preferred
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes, chargebacks, and transaction anomalies
• Work cross-functionally with Support, Finance, and Legal teams to assess risk
• Respond to fraud-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism
• Track and analyze patterns in fraud to recommend improvements
• Stay updated on e-commerce compliance and chargeback trends
