Accommodations Specialist – Remote (CST)
Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Accommodations Specialist positions in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities:
- Process single case agreements (SCAs) for behavioral health services
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with providers
- Enter data accurately into internal systems
- Handle incoming provider calls and emails
- Collaborate with other departments to eliminate delays
- Perform provider searches and status verification
- Partner with contracting staff for provider interest
- Meet turnaround time and financial/service objectives
- Complete required trainings
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or provider relations
- Strong multitasking and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work in CST hours
Pay Details: $22.74 per hour
