🧠 Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including two years in claims handling
💼 Proven ability to analyze complex cases and drive them to resolution
🛠️ Proficiency in litigation processes and strong negotiation skills
📍 Hybrid role based in California, with flexibility for remote work and periodic office collaboration
💰 Compensation:
- Fresno, Irvine, Riverside, San Diego, Modesto, Sacramento: $40.00 – $47.00/hour
- Concord, Sherman Oaks, Thousand Oaks, Pasadena, Torrance: $44.00 – $51.00/hour
- Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 24% of eligible earnings
