Job Description
A healthcare insurance employer is looking for an Informatica Administrator to join their team remotely. This team is responsible to managing and maintaining the environments of ETL tools including Informatica and are in need of additional support from a bandwidth perspective. The Informatica Administrator will join a core team of 4 resources and will be responsible for administering and supporting the Informatica platform including upgrades and enhancements. This team receives and responds to tickets from the customer base and is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure to keep the platform running. They will assist in the monthly patching process and must be able to bring down the environment and bring the environment back up once patching is complete. The current environment has many Linux and AIX servers. They will be responsible for receiving service packages from the vendor and make the proper upgrade and installation. The client is currently running Informatica version 10.5 on-prem, but may be able to move forward with moving to Informatica CDI for PowerCenter later on this year. This person should have strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Informatica Administrator or related support position
Strong experience with both Linux and AIX servers
Ability to support the Informatica platform for maintenance, upgrades, and patching
Previously worked in an enterprise level environment
Experience with Informatica on-prem version 10.5 or other recent version Experience with CDI for PowerCenter null
