Accountants One is working with a global company growing their accounting department looking for a Senior Accountant to join this dynamic organization. This needs to be someone who wants to be part of a company that is growing and can ebb and flow with new responsibilities as the company grows. This will be a 100% remote but must live in Metro area as the hiring managers will be here locally and they will meet from time to time. The Senior Accountant will work directly with the controller and a dotted line to CFO.
Senior Accountant will handle the following:
- Will handle all month end close and year end close, journal entries, G/L, bank reconciliations, balance sheet, accruals, etc.
- Will handle all A/P Invoices, lease invoices and A/R
- Account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist controller with audits
- Other tasks and special projects
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelors in Accounting brick and mortar school
- 3+ years of senior accounting experience
- 7+ years of total experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment be a self-starter , work as a team ,and independently
- ERP systems – NetSuite, Oracle, SAP,
- CRM System – Salesforce
- Advanced Excel
