Introduction
The Training Developer is responsible for efficient and effective development, maintenance and delivery of content- specific curriculums within Physician Services. This individual will serve as a key partner with subject matter experts to ensure assessment, alignment of appropriate solutions, course content and delivery models meet the needs of targeted audiences. This team member consistently demonstrates solid organizational, management and facilitation skills, professional behaviors, and lends technical expertise to all aspects of curriculum design and delivery. This individual demonstrates a strong service commitment by striving to meet and exceed customer expectations while focusing on demonstrated impact.This role specifically supports Lab Services. While this role is Work from Home, 30% travel is required.  Benefits
