About the team:

The People Development team provides Sound Physicians colleagues with innovative, forward-thinking, and practical people solutions in recruiting, onboarding, learning and leadership development, coaching, performance, and talent planning (Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Emerging Leader programs). 

About the Role:

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to collaborate with the People Development team to help support our learning and leadership initiatives. The position will report to the VP, People Development, while partnering with business and clinical colleagues.  

The Details: This role will involve travel up to 20% of the time and is remote

Pay Range: This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on candidate experience, and geographical location.
