Back Office Betties needs a Sales Representative who will work independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed revenue goals. You will be expected to disrupt customers’ thinking and build consensus to secure new deals. This person is responsible for bringing in new client accounts, closing deals with hot leads that roll in, representing the entire range of company products, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are exceeded.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link Back Office Betties’ products and service stacks.
- Hunt and research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell and close.
- Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
- Increase Back Office Betties’ sales volume and deal size and close large volumes of deals.
- Accurately and regularly update the CRM system with the latest customer information and use customer intelligence for organizing and strategizing prospecting efforts because you know it is your bread and butter!
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging to customers and help them gather voice of the customer information when needed… again because it is your unstoppable bread and butter!
- Perform account reviews with specific to your customers to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic sales planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones on an annual basis.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- Workflow Management—sets clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth; breaks each objective into tasks and process steps that can be achieved within a realistic timeframe.
Requirements

- You must reside in PA, TX, FL, AZ, or NV to be considered for employment
- Minimum 3 years proven success in sales.
- Prefer sales experience in high volume selling.
- Completed training in at least one sales methodology.
- Experience balancing outbound activities and inbound leads.
- Familiarity with CRM databases required, Salesforce or Zoho preferred
- Quiet home office space
- Internet speeds of 75+ MBPS (Visit Fast.com to check.)
- Hard-wired internet only. No 5G internet. You must have a static IP address. (CenturyLink, Verizon, & T-Mobile are a banned providers due to their unreliability and 5G networks.)
