This role requires a professional with experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies. Responsibilities include aligning training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams worldwide, ensuring consistent execution of company strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to drive impactful results in a diverse global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global enablement strategies.
- Align training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams worldwide.
- Ensure consistent execution of company strategies across regions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address training needs.
- Adapt enablement programs to meet the unique needs of different regions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse global environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
