As a Sr Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving the success of Honeywell’s demand generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth. By leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and strategic thinking, you will contribute to the company’s revenue growth and market leadership.

You will report directly to our Director of Sales and you’ll work out of our Arizona location on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by leading the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies, driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize campaigns will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company’s success in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives and product launches
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize demand generation campaigns
• Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance, ROI, and attribution
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the demand generation team, driving continuous improvement and professional development

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics tools
• Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights and make data-backed decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
