Job Summary:

The remote RN has the responsibility for supporting the goals and objectives of the care enhancement program by * * providing high quality telephonic support in an appropriate, efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring high quality care.  The RN coordinates with the Primary Care Provider and all other members of the health care team to support appropriate total healthcare management and ensure cost effective, appropriate resource utilization and quality outcomes.  The RN is also responsible for early identification of those assigned participants who are at risk for increasing acuity, and for intervening with the participants and their Primary Care Provider according to the disease management program intervention guidelines.         

An RN is supervised by an Operations Manager (OM). All Sharecare clinicians are required to participate in the orientation and to take the pre and posttests to review competency during orientation.  Yearly competency test is required for all Sharecare clinicians.
