Trimble is seeking a Renewals Coordinator to join the Owner and Public Sector (O&PS) Deal Desk Team. The Deal Desk team is an integral part in renewing and growing our relationships with existing O&PS Customers. As part of the Deal Desk, the Renewals Coordinator will ensure that all aspects of our Customers’ renewal experience is seamless.
What You Will Do:
You’ll specialize in renewing, increasing, and closing existing O&PS customer subscriptions. Your primary focus will be Customer Renewals and Accurate Financial Reporting.
- Act as the customer-facing point of contact for O&PS clients whose subscriptions are renewing
- Urgently support customers who are experiencing buying friction on their renewals to mitigate risk and customer churn
- Engage and communicate with customers professionally on a daily basis via email, chat, and phone
- Manage and update Salesforce inquiries with detailed activities and next steps to provide full visibility into accounts, opportunities, issues, and forecasts
- Submit, manage, and resolve Freshdesk tickets
- Project manage all retention campaigns and new strategies for renewals
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
● 3-5 years experience with revenue related activities, including but not limited to, renewals, sales operations, deal desk, preparing quotes, customer support and SaaS experience preferred
● Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, preferred
● Proficiency with Google Workspace
● Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skill
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload and work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time sensitive projects, with a keen sense of urgency
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
● Self-directed, highly motivated individual who can effectively balance and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
