As a National Accounts Representative on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer care and identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and discipline with external and internal customers.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting due dates.
- Answer inbound phone calls and monitor inbound email from customers and franchisees.
- Monitor work queue and make outbound calls to customers to set appointments as needed and enter and process and schedule work orders as received from customers throughout your shift.
- Outbound calling to set customer appointments.
- Assist other teams within the Call Center as assigned.

- Experience: 1 year of call center experience
- Skills:
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of windows OS
- Communicate Effectively
- Education: High School Diploma
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote
- Equipment: Must supply your own personal computer (no macs)
