Velocity Black is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Member Growth team. In this role, the Senior Associate’s role will primarily assist our sales team in converting leads that come through our pipeline, whilst helping with events and strategic partnerships. The role will live within our sales org, with 100% of the associate’s KPI being membership conversions. Additional work will include help with other miscellaneous member-facing duties such as events, which will help increase the top of the membership funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for critical sales metrics that contribute directly to Velocity Black’s growth.
- Help convert members from our Velocity Black waitlist
- Assist with member campaigns to help grow member-base. Come up with creative solutions to market to new audiences
- Assist our Head of Memberships with day-to-day tasks
- Help Velocity Black’s overall brand strategy, in terms of alignment with key brands and events
- Help build relationships with valuable partners and help add valuable content to the app
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Remote (Regardless of Location): $84,300 – $96,200 for Sr. Associate, Client Development
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
