The Position:
The Specialty Care Coordinator is responsible for triaging and responding to incoming communications (phone, email, portal, etc), transferring and assigning tasks to a responsible team member, and troubleshooting items requiring follow-up. This position requires skill in planning, organizing, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team on day to day activities. Responsibilities include:
Specialty Care Coordinator works with staff across all enterprises and levels to deliver desired outcomes.
- Primary contact for receiving inbound phone calls
- Triage inbound email and portal communication to a responsible team or team member
- Tracks incoming support requests, prioritizes, and follows up with owner
- Manages troubleshooting and follow up queue for timely resolution of tasks
- Files all documentation and medical records as necessary
- Proficient with data entry and computer skills for generation of daily communication
- Assist in team projects including execution and monitoring
- Provides support to front-end and back-end pharmacy operations
- Communication bridge between team and internal customers
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement
- Assists with other functions as assigned by direct supervisor
Schedule:
- 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern
- Training arranged by Soleo and will be completed in Phoenix
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Licensed Pharmacy Technician
- Preferred: Experience working in Healthcare related operations
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior level managers.
- Demonstrated competencies in the use of information support systems (e.g. CPR+, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets)
