Role Overview

We are excited to hire you as an experienced Reservation Sales Professional to support our customers in the hospitality industry through inbound call services.  Our team helps prospective guests plan and book their reservations at our customers’ amazing properties.  Who are our customers?  They are vacation rental companies and independently-owned hotels located in popular resort destinations – many of whom you may be familiar with.  Our Reservation Sales Agents truly feel like an extension of the customer’s reservation team because you will be trained and knowledgeable about each property.

What You’ll Do

  • Expect Amazing: Promptly answers voice calls, emails, and other contact channels with the highest level of professionalism. Listens and responds to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
  • Training: Receive and embrace sales coaching and training opportunities continually. Maintains a working knowledge of all customers – room types, current service offerings &  promotions
  • Metrics Driven: Meet or exceed departmental key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to service standards, conversion metrics, and guest satisfaction
  • Customer Love: Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional customer experience 
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and bookings in the Revinate’s database.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge about company products and services to better assist customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow established scripts, procedures, and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence in customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and using various software tools. 
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer service.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in reservation sales, group sales, resort services, or a high-volume contact center preferred.
  • Sales oriented mindset and motivated to earn commissions, bonuses, incentives, and contests.
  • Strong active listening and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using software/hardware and systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A dedicated high-speed internet connection (minimum upload and download speed required.
  • Remote worksite free from undue noise and distractions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(English)

Position Location & Details

  • REMOTE – This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity. No commute is a good thing!

Work Schedule & Location

  • Paid training:  Monday-Friday 8:00 AM PST -2:45 PM PST for the first four (4) weeks (Start 12/4/2023)
  • Most scheduled shifts include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Revinate pays shift differentials and holiday pay in addition to the base hourly rate accordingly
  • All shifts include at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Remote US-based training
  • This position is remote, however you must be based in Tennessee.
