Job Title: Sr. Customer Service Representative
Status: Full-time (requires Saturday work)
Location: Remote
The Sr. CSR at British Swim School Bay Area focuses on customer experience, engagement, customer enrollment, and managing all customer inquiries and concerns, but also has the experience and leadership skills to back-up the CSR Supervisor. While the Sr. CSR will deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service, this role will also provide some CSR team oversight under the guidance of the CSR Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
- Enthusiastic, assertive personality with excellent customer service & team-building skills
- Strong listener with a sense of urgency to resolve issues or provide solutions
- Effectively communicate with customers and employees, bi-lingual is a plus
- Disciplined to follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School
- Able to multi-task using phone systems and appropriate computer programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience
- High School or some college education or equivalent experience.
- Must have quiet space without distractions for work
