Part Time Customer Service Representative – Stanley Access Technologies, REMOTE

PART TIME – Saturday and Sunday 9:00PM – 7:30AM

Customer Service

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven team player to fill a remote Customer Service Representative position. The position will provide customer service support by verifying the accuracy of service orders and service requests in a timely manner. Assist customers by ensuring all necessary data is obtained to accomplish these objectives. Ideal candidate to initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed to provide customers with support and achieve corporate and department goals. In addition, this position will support the customer by providing basic product knowledge on routine issues, as well as support Sales and Field operations necessary to meet customer needs and expectations. What You Will Do:

Review, edit, process, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers utilizing various inbound systems such as Five9, Service Channel, FM Pilot, etc.
Initiate and follow up on required action in response to customer service change requests, by assisting in the maintaining accurate customer master data.
Communicate and work closely with appropriate departmental personnel.
Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center.
Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary.
Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries of a general nature in a timely manner using available resources and training material that are provided.
Hold high standards of conduct with utmost professionalism and respect when engaging with external and internal customers.
As a representative of the Company, you are the face of the customer and candidate to consistently maintain positive, effective relationships with all customers.
Performs duties and responsibilities as described in the provided systems.
Perform other related duties in support of the team as assigned by management.
Work hand in hand with the branches to provide a seamless process for our customers.
What You Need to Succeed:

Able to work 9:00PM to 7:30AM Shift – Saturday and Sunday (Hours worked will be in Eastern Standard Time Zone)
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience
Flexible, cooperative, and proactive
Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment
Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot
Execute tasks in a timely manner and in a remote setting
Detail-oriented
Additional Skills and Preferred Knowledge:

Skills or experience with personal computers, including electronic E-mail, personal scheduling, word processing and electronic spreadsheet skills (MS Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Self-motivated, requires minimal supervision.
Customer service orientated
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proven knowledge of team development preferred
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
SAP knowledge

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

The expected Base Hourly Range: $22/hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
