About The Role
1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help. Access to an in-network clinician is one of the biggest barriers to getting care. In order to make mental health care work for everyone, Path must grow our network of therapists across the country. The demand for mental health services is dependent on building a network of high-quality therapists, and the provider growth team is key to the overall growth of Path.
We are looking for Provider Growth Representatives who are comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales and can manage the full sales cycle. You will join a hungry, collaborative team, holding multiple meetings a day with therapists while also utilizing creative outreach to engage therapists and grow your book of business.
You Will
- Hold meetings with prospective therapists over Zoom with the goal of having them sign a contract to join Path
- Employ a consultative sales/recruiting approach, while managing your own book of business and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to capture and report on all activity and market feedback
- Communicate proactively, both internally with colleagues and externally with providers to achieve KPIs
- Employ a growth mindset, experimenting with tactics to generate and close leads, while assessing which channels warrant investment and which do not
You Are
- Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in outbound selling and/or outbound recruiting
- Salesforce experience
- Prospecting, generating your own leads
- Owning your own book of business
- No ego
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working through ambiguity
- Team player
- Strong active listening skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with refining sales/recruiting processes
- Experience building strong cross-functional relationships
- Background in health care or mental health
- Ability to work Pacific, Mountain, or Central time hours
